Yesterday was Leif Eriksson Day. Eriksson is believed to be the first recorded Nordic person to have visited North America. Roark and his Savages honored the viking explorer by toasting Einstök Icelandic Craft Ale’s and drinking Reyka Vodka out of a gnarwhal horn. Roark’s Volume 7: “Rocketship To Reykjavik” collection was inspired by explorers like Eriksson, Einstok, gnarwhal’s and the legend of Reyka Reef!
