Sonic Nomads is composed by Matt Costa using analog semi-modular synthesizers and drum machines. Designed for running, the tempo builds from 126bpm to 145bpm to 150bpm. Informed by real-time heart rates and step counts, the music is infused with binaural frequencies to enhance flow state.
