ROARK $1,000 GIFT CARD SWEEPSTAKES

OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The Roark $1,000 Gift Card Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by Roark ("Sponsor").

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited by law.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on June 15, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on June 30, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT ("Sweepstakes Period").

4. How to Enter

Eligible participants may enter during the Sweepstakes Period by subscribing to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from Roark via the designated Sweepstakes entry form.

Limit one (1) entry per person and per mobile phone number during the Sweepstakes Period. Multiple entries by the same person, email address, or phone number may be disqualified.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

One (1) Roark Gift Card valued at $1,000 USD.

Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $1,000 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash except where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

The drawing will be conducted on or about July 7, 2026.

The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Publicity Release

Except where prohibited by law, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes the winner's consent for Sponsor to use the winner's name, city, state, likeness, and entry information for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

9. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

10. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from entrants will be subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy and may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law and the consent provided by the entrant.
