Love Roark..my go to brand. This short misses the mark. Shorter than advertised, slim fit. By far my least favorite pair hybrid trail short. Fits more like an 80’s pair of SunDecks.

The shorts I received (2x pair) are a full inch shorter in the out seem than advertised. That being said, they are nice shorts but I wish they were to spec.

Poor quality.not holding up after only one washing wish I could have returned . Will think twice before making a purchase due to the return

I have bought maybe 4 pairs of these shorts, and this is still my favorite version. I would consider these my daily drivers. Less dressy than the explorer 2.0 but more durable feeling. You can swim in them, work out, travel, and clearly rock them on the daily. I like how they wear on me, like I can squat down and my chandelier still has space, feel me?

I like Roark, but the sizing is crazy inconsistent. These shorts are way too tight in the hips. They run small. The pocket zippers are too long, pretty awkward. I got these on sale, can’t exchange them, so I guess I’m stuck with them. Maybe they’ll stretch…

These shorts do it all. Tired of having shorts that are special for this use or that use. Hybrid material fits and stretches like board shorts, more durable in feel than swim trunks. All the pockets are great and thoughtful with securing them. Didn’t realize how nice a cell pocket under the wallet was until owning these. I bought the other color I wanted because they are that darn good.

Starting off by saying I love these. They fit great, look great, are comfortable, I just love them.
BUT.
I dont like the string that ties on the front. I feel like it prevents access to the zipper making them difficult to use. I'm never going to fully take the string out when I'm taking them off, so it just hangs out in a spot that prevents access to the zipper, so I ignore the zipper, and it's affecting the longevity.
OTHER THAN THAT. they are great. Love them, will buy another pair.

Great all around shorts for trail or water sports. Perfect fit, right length above the knee but not wired short. Friends and family give complements on look and style. Rear pocket for easy phone access, and zippered side pockets ensure no loss of valuables. Quick dry material with no chaffing. Get some.
