ROARK GIFT CARD GIVEAWAY

OFFICIAL RULES

Roark will be giving away one (1) $1,000 gift card on or about July 7, 2026 to celebrate Father’s Day. The gift card will be distributed by code via email to be redeemed at checkout at [roark.com]. See Official Rules below.

1. DESCRIPTION: The Roark $1,000 Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) begins on July 7th, 2026, at 12:00 AM Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on July 31, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT (the “Sweepstakes Period”). One (1) $1,000 gift card will be awarded to the winner during the Sweepstakes Period. The Sponsor of the Sweepstakes is Sequel LLC d/b/a Roark, 9008 Research Drive, Irvine, CA 92618 (“Sponsor”).

2. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. MAKING A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE CHANCES OF WINNING: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are physically located and residing therein (each an “Entrant” or, collectively, “Entrants”), excluding residents of the State of Rhode Island. Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in his/her state of primary residence at the time of entry. Entrants must be the rightful owner (or have authorized use) of the email address and mobile telephone number identified on the entry form. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to participate (collectively, the “Sweepstakes Entities”). In the event of a dispute over the identity of an Entrant or potential winner, the entry will be deemed submitted by the “Authorized Account Holder”, defined as the natural person in whose name the email account or mobile number was registered; if such a dispute cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be substituted, sold, or bartered. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. HOW TO ENTER: The Sweepstakes Period begins at 12:00:01 AM PT on July 7th, 2026, and ends at 11:59:59 PM PT on July 31, 2026. Sponsor’s database computer is the official time-keeping device for the Sweepstakes. Each Entrant must affirmatively accept these Official Rules and follow the instructions to submit his/her entry. There are two (2) methods of entry:

(a) Survey Entry – During the Sweepstakes Period, eligible participants may enter by filling out the survey via the designated google forms entry survey.

(b) Free Alternative Method of Entry (No Purchase or Opt-In) – To enter without subscribing to text messages, an Entrant may complete the free Sweepstakes registration form available at [INSERT URL], which will request the Entrant’s full name and email address. Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period, regardless of the method of entry. All methods of entry have equal odds of winning, and no method will improve an Entrant’s chances of winning.

ANY FRAUDULENT ACTIVITY IN CONNECTION WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. To be valid, each entry must provide all requested information. Entries made by any other individual or entity, or originating at any other website, email address, or automated or commercial subscription or entry service, will be declared invalid and disqualified. The use of automated entry devices is prohibited, and no mechanically reproduced entries are allowed; all such entries are void. The Released Parties (as defined below) are not responsible for late, incomplete, delayed, undelivered, or misdirected entries. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. All information submitted by Entrants will be treated according to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Roark Privacy Policy.[LL1]

4. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION: On or about July 31, 2026, Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period to select one (1) potential winner. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor, or by an independent organization designated by Sponsor, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be contacted using the information provided at entry. The potential winner is responsible for checking his/her spam filter and must be able to receive telephone calls from an unlisted and/or blocked number; messages may not be left. If the potential winner cannot be reached, fails to respond within seventy-two (72) hours, is found to be ineligible, or fails to comply with these Official Rules, Sponsor may select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries. The potential winner will be required to verify address and birthdate and to sign and return, within five (5) days of receipt, an affidavit of eligibility, a liability/publicity release, and such other legal documents as Sponsor may require in its sole discretion (collectively, the “Prize Claim Documents”). Failure to return the Prize Claim Documents within the specified period may result in forfeiture of the prize and selection of an alternate winner. Acceptance of the prize constitutes the winner’s consent that Sponsor and its partners may use the winner’s name, city, state of residence, likeness, photo, and prize information in connection with the Sweepstakes for promotional, advertising, or other purposes, worldwide, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, without further payment, notice, permission, or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

For winners who are United States residents: An IRS Form 1099 will be issued in the name of the winner for the actual value of the prize received, and the winner must provide his or her Social Security number to Sponsor in accordance with Internal Revenue Service regulations. The IRS Form 1099 will be issued for the calendar year in which the prize was fulfilled.

5. ODDS: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.

6. PRIZE: There is one (1) prize available during the Sweepstakes Period, consisting of one (1) $1,000 Roark gift card, delivered by code via automated email, to be redeemed at Roark.com. All sales are final on redeemed prizes. The prize is non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor or where required by law. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable or cannot be awarded due to circumstances beyond Sponsor’s control. If the winner is unable or unwilling to accept the prize as stated, the prize may be forfeited in its entirety at Sponsor’s sole discretion. ALL FEDERAL, STATE, AND/OR LOCAL TAXES, AND ANY OTHER COSTS AND EXPENSES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE, ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. Because the value of the prize is $1,000, the prize is reportable income (see Section 4 regarding the IRS Form 1099 and required Social Security number). Other restrictions may apply.

7. CONDITION OF PARTICIPATION / RELEASE: All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in this Sweepstakes and/or by accepting any prize, each Entrant agrees to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors, and assigns (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or injuries arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in the Sweepstakes and/or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. The Released Parties shall not be liable for: (i) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind, including personal injury or death, caused by the prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize; (ii) telephone, computer, hardware, software, or other technical or network malfunctions, lost connections, disconnections, delays, or transmission errors; (iii) data corruption, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; (iv) late, lost, delayed, stolen, misdirected, postage-due, incomplete, unreadable, or unintelligible entries or communications, regardless of method of transmission; (v) any inability of the winner to accept or use the prize for any reason, in which case such prize may be forfeited; or (vi) any printing, typographical, human, administrative, or technological errors in any materials associated with the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) at any time should fraud, a virus, bug, unauthorized intervention, Force Majeure, or other cause corrupt or impair its administration, security, or proper operation, and in such event may select the winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to and/or after such action. Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant it determines is attempting to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes by cheating, hacking, deception, or other unfair practices, or who acts to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. As a condition of entering, each Entrant agrees that: (a) under no circumstances will the Entrant be permitted to obtain, and hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages other than actual out-of-pocket expenses; (b) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (c) any recovery shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs, excluding attorneys’ fees and court costs. Entrants further waive the provisions of California Civil Code Section 1542, which states: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE AND THAT, IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER, WOULD HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASING PARTY.” The releases herein are intended to apply to all claims not known or suspected to exist, with the intent of waiving the effect of laws requiring the intent to release future unknown claims. “Force Majeure” means events beyond the Released Parties’ reasonable control, including without limitation natural disasters, fire, flood, earthquake, epidemic, unusually severe weather, labor dispute or strike, transportation interruption, act of God, equipment failure, riot or civil disturbance, war (declared or undeclared), terrorist threat or activity, or any federal, state, or local government law, order, request, or regulation.

8. INDEMNITY: The winner shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, damages, actions, liability, loss, injury, or expense, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in connection with: (a) participation in the Sweepstakes; (b) a breach (or an allegation which, if true, would constitute a breach) of any of the representations, warranties, or obligations herein; and (c) the acceptance, possession, grant, or use of any prize, including without limitation personal injury, illness, death, and property damage arising therefrom.

9. DISPUTES; CHOICE OF LAW: ALL ISSUES AND QUESTIONS CONCERNING THE CONSTRUCTION, VALIDITY, INTERPRETATION, AND ENFORCEABILITY OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES, OR THE RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE ENTRANT AND SPONSOR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SWEEPSTAKES, SHALL BE GOVERNED BY AND CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO ANY CHOICE-OF-LAW OR CONFLICT-OF-LAW RULES. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED, EACH PERSON WHO PARTICIPATES IN THE SWEEPSTAKES IRREVOCABLY AGREES THAT ANY DISPUTE WILL BE RESOLVED SOLELY BY BINDING ARBITRATION BEFORE A SOLE ARBITRATOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN ADVERTISING OR PROMOTION, UNDER THE RULES OF THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (“AAA”); PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT SPONSOR MAY (1) SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR OTHER EQUITABLE RELIEF FROM A COURT TO ENFORCE THESE RULES; (2) BRING AN ACTION TO PROTECT OR INTERPRET ITS INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS; AND/OR (3) BRING AN ACTION TO ENFORCE THE ARBITRATOR’S DECISION. THE ARBITRATION WILL BE HELD IN [LOS ANGELES / ORANGE COUNTY], CALIFORNIA, AND THE ARBITRATOR WILL APPLY THE SUBSTANTIVE LAWS OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND ISSUE A WRITTEN DECISION. The parties will split the arbitrator’s fee; provided, however, that if applicable law requires Sponsor to pay the arbitrator’s fee in order for this provision to be enforceable, Sponsor shall have the discretion to pay such fees and proceed to arbitration. Each Entrant irrevocably waives any right to bring or join any class action regarding the Sweepstakes. Judgment upon the arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

10. PRIVACY: Information collected from Entrants will be subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at Roark Privacy Policy, and may be used for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law and the consent provided by the Entrant. By entering, each Entrant grants Sponsor permission to collect and use the Entrant’s contact information for purposes of Sweepstakes administration and prize fulfillment. Once a winner is confirmed, his or her first and last name and state of residence will be publicly disclosed consistent with the Winner List provision below, and by entering, each Entrant consents to this limited public disclosure.

11. WINNER LIST / OFFICIAL RULES: To obtain the winner’s name or a copy of these Official Rules, send a written request together with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Roark Father’s Day Giveaway – Winner/Rules, 9008 Research Drive, Irvine, CA 92618. Requests for the name of the winner must be received within sixty (60) days following the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

12. SEVERABILITY: If any section, provision, term, or clause of these Official Rules is held or found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall not be affected and shall continue in full force and effect, and such provision may be modified or severed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable and consistent with the remainder of these Official Rules.
